I strongly believe in saying – The only court which identifies & proves all of our sins & mistakes without even proof is our own conscience ‘Conscience’ is the inner voice which warns us that someone may be looking. It is the moral responsibility of a teacher to inculcate a sense of this voice in his students. For this, a teacher will have to be a role model for his students. What a teacher thinks, what he does, what he writes – every thing puts an impact on the mind of the children.

The instruction of a teacher to his students that ‘they should be honest in life’ will not have any influence on them if he himself is not sincere to his duties. The most essential part of education, in today’s age, is value education. These values are prevailing in the heart of the children. But these are inert under the wires of nerves. We have to use the principle of ‘Resonance’ i.e. we must have strong ‘values’ which will cause to vibrate the values of the children & the output will be maximum.  

Habit of reading develops the child from a brick to a building. If a child reads about a palace, he will think of its structures, its constituents, the various things kept inside etc. This will sharpen his mind. If he has a view of palace on TV, all his imagination ends there & mind becomes inactive. The intimate space for reading & creative expression is ‘Magazine’ which will certainly give my students a path of success.
